Because the ‘world’s fittest grandma’ is living proof that you’re never too old to do anything.
Believe it or not but Ernestine Shepherd recently turned 80, making her the world’s oldest female bodybuilder and — according to the Guinness Book of Record — the oldest competitive bodybuilder in 2010 and 2011. What’s even more amazing is that she didn’t start working out until she was 56 years old and still managed to win two bodybuilding titles.
So what is her secret, you wonder? It’s simple: she never gives up!
