Drivers in China are declaring war on vehicles with their high beams on. The latest weapon in their arsenal? These freakishly scary reflective decals, that are only visible when a tailgating car has his blinding headlamps on. For relatively modest prices ranging from $3 to $18, The horrific decals are selling like crazy. The prints also got noticed by authorities. In Beijing, police officials say that it is not illegal to have decals on your rear window, but such driver is likely to bear responsibility for accidents that may occur after scaring other drivers senseless with these prints. However, police officials in Shandong share a different opinion and are ready to fine drivers using these radical decals for about 100 Chinese Yuan ($15).
