It’s fairly easy to talk about small problems – we do that all the time whether we’re chatting with co-workers on a lunch break, or having a cup of coffee with a close friend. However, when it comes to big issues like depression, talking is suddenly not so easy anymore. In many occasions people suffering from depression tend to suppress their feelings and put on a fake smile.
